Finals... UGH!

Okay, so have you noticed that our blog hasn't been updated in awhile? Ya, well, thanks to finals coming up next week, I haven't had much time on my hands. I've decided that finals are just plain scary and stupid... but of course, i'll still be studying :) Anywho... Alex and I have a challenge (more like a request) for everyone! We have date night every Friday, but being poor college students makes it kind of difficult sometimes. So we're asking everyone to submit their funnest, cheap date ideas so that we can try them out! We're going to give the best idea a BIG FAT GOLD STAR on our blog! So theres your challenge! Good luck to everyone! (and thanks for the help!)

I'm not blog stalking you...I just use Google Reader so I can see when people have updated their blogs and not have to check every single person's blog!!

I have two date night suggestions for you:
1) A picnic in your living room, complete with blanket and basket! And if it's nice outside, take a drive to a park or something...you can make the food and still have fun!
2) You can come over to your wonderful sister-in-law's house and have dinner. We should plan a dinner and game night!!

For a run group date you can invite a few couples over. Ask them to bring their favorite game and favorite finger food. Then you can can eat and play games pretty cheap, but fun.
You can also have Wii olympics and have the loser treat the winner to an ice cream or prize of your choice. The sky is the limit.

I'll have to think about it & get back to you. This is all i can come up with right now:

I don't know how cheap this'll be because I don't know where exactly you have to go...but you can go back to the spot where Alex proposed, take cider & laptops to watch the movie you watched, and just kinda relive all your trips up there. There should be a bunch of wild flowers blooming up there soon i think. After it gets hotter you could even make a camping trip out of it.

Go to Artic Circle and get a $.50 ice cream and then go to the Snake River Walk way at sunset and eat your ice cream and have a nice walk together. Or go watch the jumpers and be glad its not you. LOL :)

Try this, I always had fun and I loved it, but it's dorky. Got to home depot and picture your dream house and than go for ice cream. How cheap is that?!
