I know, I know, it's about time...

Okay, so as I've demonstrated, its on the more difficult side to keep up a blog when you don't have everyday access to the internet at home. For this I appoligize, but I thank everyone who looks in from time to time.
Well, life as we know it is still pretty much the same. Alex and I are still working full time for the summer, however, I have a NEW JOB!!! I liked my old job but unfortunantly it became rather stressful, and a burden. So I am now a proud employee of MACY'S! Its been tons of fun interacting with people and working around some of my favorite things... CLOTHES! I've only been there for two weeks and I just got promoted to the Junior's department (sorry, I've got to brag a little).
Alex is getting excited to start this fall term at CSI. His declared major is Law Enforcment and as soon as I can get him to pose in his uniform i'll try and convince him to let me post it :) His first semester will be 16 credits! (For those of you who don't know, 12 credits is considered full time) So he's quite the over achevier, but is confident he'll be fine. (I don't doubt it, he's amazing like that). We also feel extreemly blessed because Alex was able to get an AMAZING scholarship that will pay for each semester's tuition and then some!
Life is wonderful, and we're as happy as ever! On August 4th Alex and I will be celebrating our 7 month aniversary. (Crazy how time flies when your having so much fun!) I'll try to keep up with the blog, but i'm not making any promises :) Love you all!!!

Finals... UGH!

Okay, so have you noticed that our blog hasn't been updated in awhile? Ya, well, thanks to finals coming up next week, I haven't had much time on my hands. I've decided that finals are just plain scary and stupid... but of course, i'll still be studying :) Anywho... Alex and I have a challenge (more like a request) for everyone! We have date night every Friday, but being poor college students makes it kind of difficult sometimes. So we're asking everyone to submit their funnest, cheap date ideas so that we can try them out! We're going to give the best idea a BIG FAT GOLD STAR on our blog! So theres your challenge! Good luck to everyone! (and thanks for the help!)

The Newly Weds

Life has finally settled down and Alex and I are having so much fun getting to know one another even better! Juggling school, work, church, and time for us has been a little challenging but we're still giddy and crazy about each other. We just got back from our cruise to Mexico a few days ago and it was a blast being able to spend so much time with each other and not have the interruptions of school or work. We love life, love each other, and are excited to see what the future brings!
